How to apply
Before completing the application form candidates must be nominated by their home university.
Completing your application
Contact the Study Abroad Office at your home university. You will receive the confirmation if you are eligible for a cost free exchange program or a fee paying one. Regardless of the results you must be nominated by your home university.
Decide which programme/programmes you are interested in and you will apply for (exchange or fee-paying programm). Please see Programmes for more information on which to choose.
Download and complete an application form matching the selected program.
In case of any doubt concerned with the programme, please contact our Study Abroad Office.
Complete the application form pointing the indicating the selected courses you want to study.

Remember, ECTS credits gained at WSFiP will be transfered and count towards your degree.
To have your application form submitted by host University (WSFiP) you'll have to include the following documents:

Once your application has been submitted by International Office in consultation with Dean of the Faculty
You will receive an initial acceptance by email.
Your application will be directed to departments for their approval of your module choices.
Successful applications will receive an official offer letter, including details of your approved module choices.
After receiving an unconditional offer, confirm acceptance of your place by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
24 hours after confirmation from the Study Abroad of receiving your acceptance you can start booking your accommodation with the help of the Study Abroad Office.
Read your joining instructions carefully and return all the relevant forms.
